Hello everyone,
We would like to take a moment to introduce ourselves.
My name is Mike Bevacqua, and together with my wife Larissa, we are the heart behind WestCoast Farm to Table.
Our family takes immense pride in our European heritage, where time-honoured traditions and authentic
Home-style cooking has always been at the centre of our lives.
Personally, my culinary roots run deep in the farming regions of Italy, where the philosophy of “Farm-to-Table” wasn’t a trend, it was a way of life.
Much of our cooking is inspired by cucina povera, simple, rustic, resourceful meals created with love and ingredients grown from the land.
These traditions shaped who we are today.
Over the years, we’ve gained knowledge and skill in making fresh bread, pasta, wine, cured meats, sausages, sauces, and canned fruits and vegetables. We’ve also continued the tradition of raising small game, allowing us to preserve the rich heritage passed down through generations.
Keeping these practices alive is not just our passion, it’s our commitment to ensuring that future generations experience the same flavours and values that shaped our family.
For more than 20 years, I had the privilege of working as a Food & Beverage Hotelier in 5-star hotels in downtown Vancouver.
This experience allowed me to serve exceptional food, wine, and restaurant hospitality to wonderful people from all over the world.
Those years taught me the importance of quality, integrity, and unforgettable service values we now bring to our Customers, neighbouring farmers, and
our small market.
Larissa and I are dedicated to providing fresh, sustainable, and locally sourced products through our small family-run business.
At WestCoast Farm to Table, we grow and produce a variety of items right here on our farm, and we proudly source additional products from trusted farms and ranches across British Columbia.
Supporting local farmers is deeply important to us, and we are committed to delivering nothing but the best to our customers.
This past year has been an exciting time of growth for us at WestCoast Farm to Table.
What began as a simple roadside stand has grown into a small family-run business with our market still just a little bigger than your traditional farmers’ market booth, but still rooted in the same heart, authenticity, and personal touch we started with.
Our goal has always been simple, to offer our community fresh, local products and genuine culinary experiences inspired by our Italian heritage.
And thanks to your support, that vision continues to thrive.
We’re also proud to share that we’ve expanded our offerings to include Catering services and Private Dinner Events, all prepared with locally sourced ingredients and the traditional flavours we grew up with. For those planning special gatherings, we have a full catering menu available upon request.
Every visit, every conversation, and every suggestion helps shape who we are and allows us to continue bringing you the products and recipes you love.
If there’s anything you’d like to see on our shelves or on your table, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
We are grateful to be part of the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley farming community, and we’re thrilled to continue sharing our family traditions, recipes, and passion with you.
Thank you for being a part of our journey and for supporting our small, family-run market.
Your support truly means the world to us.
Sincerely,
Michael & Larissa Bevacqua
WestCoast Farm to Table
Nestled on 5 acres in picturesque Campbell Valley. Our mission is to provide fresh, locally sourced produce for our community and promote sustainable farming practices. Join us in supporting local agriculture and taste the difference of farm-to-table freshness at local Farmer's Markets or visit us at our Roadside Market.

We began by constructing a smaller greenhouse to test which produce would be most viable for regular cultivation. Currently, we are growing an array of lovely vegetables, such as romaine lettuce, peppers, basil, and strawberries, within the confines of our greenhouse.

🌱 Our Commitment to Quality at WestCoast Farm to Table
At WestCoast Farm to Table, we are dedicated to growing the highest-quality produce possible. We use only premium soil and top-grade inputs to cultivate our crops, ensuring you receive the very best from our small farm.
To keep our plants healthy and naturally nourished, we use aged mushroom manure as an organic fertilizer and never apply pesticides or chemicals. This means every item we grow is as fresh, clean, and wholesome as nature intended.
Thank you for supporting sustainable, small-farm produce you can trust.
Last year, we embarked on an exciting new journey in the catering world. We had the privilege of collaborating with local wineries, cideries, and other businesses to host private functions while promoting sustainability and the use of local ingredients.
We offer a farm-to-table dining concept, catering to a variety of needs, including weddings, milestone celebrations, life celebrations, corporate lunches, and fundraisers. Our goal is to make the planning process easy for our clients while delivering the best value for their investment.

Last year, we attended Farmer's Markets in the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland for the first time, and we fell in love with the experience. We met some amazing vendors and families who have shown us great support and we are grateful for it. We are excited to announce that we will be participating in several markets during the 2025 season once again. Please keep an eye on our Instagram and website for updates on upcoming events.
We started with a small number of blueberry plants and strawberries, but we also had many blackberry bushes on our property that produced a significant amount of fruit last year with minimal effort. We feel fortunate to have a nearby blueberry farm where we source our additional berries when needed. Currently, we are growing hanging basket strawberries and focusing on our own blueberry and Raspberry plants.
🚧 Construction Update – 75% Complete! 🚧
We’re excited to share that our new build at the back of the property is now 75% complete. Our team is working hard every day to bring this project to life, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the progress.
We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved for their continued hard work, dedication, and support throughout this process.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us!
